In 1995 Adam Stites was a 15 year old paintball player with a dream when he founded what was to become Xtremez. The company was started in his parent’s basement with a hand-me-down computer and savings from a summer job. Today paintball-online.com ships from two warehouses in Vancouver, WA and Nashville, TN. From our new 38,000 sq. ft. headquarters we employ 28 hard working team members and supply customers in over 40 countries around the world.

Adam's business vision was, and continues to be to this day; to employ low overhead, and huge buying power to offer the best products at extremely competitive prices. Originally founded as Paintball-Online.com, Xtremez.com represents our continuing expansion into the extreme sports marketplace, while enhancing product lines to include airsoft and skateboard.

The US Small Business Administration selected Adam as the "2002 Young Entrepreneur of the Year" for Oregon and the Northwest Region. Adam was the recipient of the 2003 "Youngest Entrepreneur of the Year" from the Portland Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization and has been featured in the Portland Business Journal and The Oregonian Newspaper ('A Paintball Empire'). Adam is an instrument rated pilot, conversant in French, and a member of the Portland Chapter of the Young Entrepreneur's Organization.
