How Long Will It Take & How Much Will It Cost to Ship My Order?

If your item displays In Stock it will probably ship within 24 working hours. Add this time to your selected shipping method to get the total time to receive your order. The carriers do not count weekends as a day in transit. To speed the delivery of your order, have your order shipped to the credit card billing address as we can not guarantee transit times for orders shipped to different ship-to / bill-to addresses.

In the Continental U.S. we ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day and Priority Mail. Military address may only be shipped via the US Postal Service. International orders are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service (see "Do you ship Internationally" for more information). Add the desired items to your basket to get shipping costs. You don't have to place an order to find out what it would cost to ship.

Time in transit notes: UPS Ground to a residential address is not a guaranteed service.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! You have several options:

  • UPS - International Express (1-5 Days to Destination Country) - Most popular method
  • U.S. Postal Service Airmail (5-15 Days anywhere in the world)
  • U.S. Postal Service Surface Mail (4-8 Weeks anywhere in the world) - Economy Delivery

All orders are insured for the full amount. The best way to go is usually UPS Express International as it is more expensive than the Postal Service but provides full tracking information, automatic customs clearance, and insurance. Email our international department for more info.

The freight calculator will not quote freight for our international destinations. If you would like a quote on international freight, please contact us and let us know what products you are interested in and what country you are in.

Check with local law enforcement regarding legality of paintball products in your area. Check with your local customs office regarding taxes or duties that may be collected at the time of delivery.

German customs requires the "F" stamp, only the Brass Eagle line of products (excluding the Rainmaker) has that stamp.

Please contact your local customs office to determine any restrictions on importing this type of sporting goods to your country. If you have a link to their website, please forward it to our International Department, so they can bookmark it for the assistance of other customers.

    Where do I get my CO2 Tank Filled?

    Depending on where you live it should be easy to find a place to refill your CO2 tank. All paintball fields have CO2 refill stations. Other suggestions: fire extinguisher shops, welding supply, Sports Authority (East coast), Sport Mart (West coast). If you live in a rural area, or would like to fill your own tanks we sell a full selection of fill stations and weighing scales. We fill CO2 at our store, get online directions.

    Paintball Online’s backorder holding policy

    Paintball Online will only hold backordered product for a maximum of 60 days unless otherwise specified by the customer. The customer must call Paintball Online at 1-800-875-4547 and inform a customer service representative that he or she wishes to allow the backorder for more than 60 days. On the 60th day of the backorder the item will be removed from the order and the remaining product will be shipped out. Exceptions to the policy will be made for specific items and pre-ordering situations. Paintball Online will not be responsible for product not shipped due to this policy.

    What do I do if my merchandise is damaged in transit?

    All shipments are insured. The first thing you need to do is contact us. UPShas a nine month limit. If your package is shipped via the Postal Service, there are different procedures to follow, please email us and we will begin the process. You can contact our claims department. You'll need to provide your invoice number, tracking number, and description of the damage. The freight carriers will expect you to have the box, packaging and merchandise available for inspection for 7-15 days, depending on the carrier. They will send us the paperwork, and we will take over from there. The average time to settle a damage claim is 30 days from the date of reporting it. When they settle the claim, we will reship new product to you.

    The Carrier didn't deliver my package on time?

    Your merchandise will ship to you by the method of your choice. Be aware that UPS does not guarantee delivery times for ground shipments to any residential address. If you run a business out of your home, it is residential. Delivery times are guaranteed only to commercial addresses that are in a "commercial zone". They will provide estimated times of delivery, but they are not guaranteed. The only guarantee is on Air shipments.

    If your next day or second day package does not arrive on time, you will need to contact our claims department, and provide them with your invoice number, and tracking number. They will file a service failure with the Carrier, and refund the shipping charges to your account. Be advised that claims for service failure must be made within 30 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED. This is not from the date received, but from the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us.
