Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I always bring a couple of these in my harness whenever I go paintballing, but you have to be careful with them. One of them was empty, and I dropped it onto a plastic table. It only dropped like a foot, but a part of the lid snapped off. bottom line, buy it, use it, BE CAREFUL WITH IT.
