I bought these because I was playing paintball for the first time on a really rocky mountainside and Knowing me I would have seriously hurt myself. No matter what color pattern you choose they are amazing. I could crawl and slide up and down the mountainside, role over rocks and branches on my shins and knees and didn't feel a thing. They are wonderful and light weight. perfect for a girl! ... even better for a guy! you are supposed to wear them over your clothes but I didn't and I was still fine just a slight rubbing behind the knees but that was because they were brand new and need to be broken in; plus I was on the field for 7.5 hours. Love these CANT FIND A BETTER PRODUCT!
